Permitted use of data; FCRA restrictions
Jo Marketing 11 is not a consumer reporting agency. Nothing provided by Jo Marketing 11 — including appointments, lead information, or any related data — is a "consumer report" as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and none of it may be used, in whole or in part, to determine a consumer's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or tenant screening, or for any other purpose that would require compliance with the FCRA.
Clients receiving information from Jo Marketing 11 agree to use it only for the agreed appointment and marketing purposes, to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws — including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state privacy laws — to maintain reasonable security measures protecting that information, and to honor consumer opt-out and suppression requests.
